Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing our PTE preparation products and services. We are committed to providing you with the best learning experience possible. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund. We offer the following refund policy:

a) Eligibility for Refunds

  • Digital Products: Once a digital product, course, or package has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable. We strongly recommend reviewing the product details and features before making a purchase.
  • Non-accessed Products: If you have purchased a course or package but have not accessed the materials (e.g., no course content viewed), you may be eligible for a full refund within 3 days of purchase.
  • Services and Subscriptions: For any services or subscription-based products, you may request a refund within 3 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not yet started using the service.

b) Refund Request Process

Refund requests will be processed within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

c) Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued for the following:

  • Custom packages: Refunds are not available for personalized or custom educational packages once the purchase is completed.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your subscription or package. Please review the cancellation policy below:

a) Course/Package Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a course or package before you begin using it, you can request a full cancellation within 3 days of purchase. After you begin using the course (e.g., by logging in or accessing materials), cancellations are not accepted.

b) Subscription Cancellation

For subscription-based services or recurring payments:

  • Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancellation, you will retain access to the subscription content until the end of the current billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at info@ptehub.net with your account details and request. We will process your cancellation and send you a confirmation email.

c) Refund Upon Cancellation

If you cancel a subscription before the billing cycle renews and within our refund eligibility period, you may be eligible for a refund of the most recent charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the renewal date.

3. Changes to Courses or Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our courses, products, or services at our discretion. If there is a significant change to a course or service you have purchased, we will notify you in advance, and you may be eligible for a refund if you do not wish to continue.
