Acceptance of Terms Through the PTEHub service, you agree to these Terms of Service. We can make amendments, amend or alter these terms at any moment without any previous notification. Your duty is to go through the Terms on a periodical basis. The fact that our services are still used implies that the terms have been accepted.
Services Description:
PTEHub offers PTE preparation services with the help of study materials, practice questions, mock tests, tutorials and strategies and other performance analytics options to enable its users to prepare PTE Academic exam. We will be able to use exam syllabi breakdowns, practice modules, score tracking tools and study plans.
We want to help users to be aware and study to take the PTE test. Our services include advice on what is covered in the PTE test, simulations of mock exams, explanations of strategy and study material that resembles the format of questions and timing of the actual PTE test.
But PTEHub is not a Pearson, which is an official PTE examining body and we do not conduct the official examination and assess the results of your test or your eligibility. In order to enroll in the PTE Academic exam or the official results, you have to resort to the official Pearson PTE site or authorized test centres.

User Conduct
By using PTEHub, you are accepting:
- Give out the correct and true personal details when needed.
- Use our services in any proper and legal way.
- Do not re-copy or re-distribute proprietary materials without permission.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your use of practice material and exam preparation resources has been in line with the relevant laws and the policies of the official PTE Academic exam authorities.

Payment and Refund Policy
Course fees, top-tier mock tests or other paid services will have to be paid according to the conditions presented on the PTEHub site. Our separate Payment and Refund Policy provides flexibility in refunds and cancellations and we advise you to look at it before joining or paying.
Limitation of Liability
PTEHub only offers practice support and education materials. We are not responsible for:
- Authoritative exam scores, mark decisions, or results of eligibility.
- Sluggishness, malfunctions, or inaccuracy of research material or user postings.
- Any direct, indirect, incidental and consequential damages as a result of using our services.
Termination
At any time, we can interrupt or cancel your access to PTEHub without prior warning whether you break these Terms of Service or abuse any content or materials in the site.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the location where PTEHub is located. Any conflict arising with respect to the use of the site or the services will be covered by the jurisdiction of the relevant courts within the jurisdiction.
Important Clarifications
PTEHub is not officially conducting PTE tests and issuing exam results.
- The materials, practice tests, and plans are only given as references and practice but not as official exam guarantees.
- Pearson PTE Academic or bodies that are authorized can only deal with official registration and results.
- Results are a result of personal labor, level of skills and being oriented to official test arrangements.
